Returns & Exchanges

At Frankie's on the Park, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely repack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
